Virtual Card Terms

These Virtual Card Terms govern the use of virtual payment cards issued through the CaptinQ Pay platform.

1. Virtual Card Description

A virtual card is a digital payment card that exists only in electronic form.
Virtual cards may be used for online purchases or other digital transactions where card payments are accepted.

Virtual cards may be issued through financial partners using infrastructure provided by Stripe.

2. Card Issuance

Virtual cards may be issued to verified users who maintain an active account on the platform.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the number of cards issued
  • Restrict usage
  • Cancel or deactivate cards at any time

3. Security

Users must protect their card details, including:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Security code (CVC)

Users must not share these details with unauthorized persons.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If a virtual card is compromised, the user must immediately notify the platform.

Failure to report suspicious activity promptly may increase user liability.

5. Card Expiration and Replacement

Virtual cards may expire and may be replaced automatically or upon request.
