Business Card Terms

These terms apply to cards issued for business use through the CaptinQ Pay platform.

1. Business Account Holder

The business account holder is responsible for all activity conducted through cards issued to employees or authorized users.

2. Authorized Users

Businesses may assign cards to employees or contractors.

The business is responsible for:

• Monitoring card usage
• Setting spending limits
• Revoking access when necessary

3. Misuse

If misuse is detected, the platform may suspend or terminate cards associated with the business account.
