Cardholder Agreement

This agreement governs the use of cards issued through the CaptinQ Pay platform.

Card Ownership

The card remains the property of the issuing financial institution.

Users are authorized to use the card according to these terms.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Users must immediately report lost or stolen cards.

Failure to report promptly may increase liability for unauthorized transactions.

Transaction Authorization

Transactions made with the card are considered authorized if:

• The card was used
• The PIN was entered
• The card details were provided
