Prepaid Card Terms

These terms apply to prepaid cards issued through the CaptinQ Pay platform.

1. Prepaid Card Definition

A prepaid card allows users to spend only funds that have been loaded or allocated to the card.

This is not a credit product and does not provide borrowing capabilities.

2. Loading Funds

Funds may be loaded through approved payment methods.

The platform may impose limits on:

• Maximum balance
• Maximum load amount
• Transaction amounts

3. Balance Responsibility

Users are responsible for monitoring their card balances.

Transactions that exceed the available balance may be declined.

4. Expiration

Prepaid cards may expire and may require renewal to continue usage.
