These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CaptinQ Pay platform and card services.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Description
CaptinQ Pay provides a platform that allows users to access financial services, including payment cards issued through our financial partners.
Cards may be issued by a licensed financial institution and powered by the Stripe Issuing infrastructure.
CaptinQ Pay is a technology platform and may not be a bank.
2. Eligibility
To use the services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate identity information
- Pass identity verification checks
- Comply with applicable laws
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user.
3. Account Registration
Users must create an account and provide:
- Legal name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Identification information
- Other information required for verification
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Card Usage
Users agree to use cards only for lawful purposes.
Cards may not be used for:
- Illegal transactions
- Fraud
- Money laundering
- Prohibited industries
The platform may restrict or block transactions deemed suspicious.
5. Fees
The platform may charge:
- Card issuance fees
- Monthly account fees
- Transaction fees
- ATM withdrawal fees
- Foreign exchange fees
All fees will be disclosed before use.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Fraud is suspected
- Terms are violated
- Regulatory obligations require it
7. Limitation of Liability
CaptinQ Pay shall not be liable for:
- Unauthorized card use due to user negligence
- Service interruptions
- Third-party payment network failures
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Suriname and the United Stated of America.
